    研究方向:

  • 主要从事:激光微米纳米加工技术及应用。目前针对硅基、碳化硅、化合物半导体及金属等材料和有关器件的激光加工工艺已经取得相关成果,其中激光杂质激活技术、激光焊接技术、激光划片技术以及激光开槽技术等,已经孵化到有关用户单位。

    共发表SCI学术论文40余篇,包括Light: Science and Applications、IEEE、OSA Optics Express、Applied Optics等国际权威期刊。

    以第一发明人申请中国专利11项,授权8项。

    以项目负责人身份累计获得:国家自然科学基金青年基金、北京市自然科学基金、教育部归国人员项目启动基金、中国博士后基金(面上+特别)等。
